Plans are again underway for the annual meeting of the Maysfield Presbyterian Historical Association. This year marks the 35th annual meeting and we can report that due to your continued interest and support, the status of the association is good.
As always, the association’s work is made possible by your generous donations and volunteer hours. The cost of grounds and building maintenance, repairs, insurance, and our annual program are all funded by your tax-free contributions. To donate to the association and continue the association’s work, please send your donation to our Treasurer, Mr. Joseph McElwrath in the enclosed pre-addressed envelope.
Please make sure to include the number of people who will be attending with you. This information is essential for planning and ordering lunch as we must guarantee enough meals from the caterer. Please return your reply by October 15, 2013.
This letter serves as notice of the 2013 General Meeting. The meeting will be held at 11:00 AM on Sunday, October 20, 2013. Business will be conducted following services and lunch.
This year, we are excited to announce that the association has a new website: www.maysfieldpresbyterian.org. We will add content to the website over time and for those who use email, we will also have electronic communications in the future.
